Hello All

I have lived in Thailand for 10 years but have not spent a lot of time in Bangkok.

I am looking to find a good shop for musical instruments and other recording equipment as I will be in Bangkok at the end of this month for a couple of days.

I know there is a small shop in Pan Thip but thet dont' have much.

Nothing where I live in Khon Kaen.

Any ideas?

After Panthip going towards Paya Tai, you have Lucky music on the otherside with Second music(second hand gear) behind it. On the Panthip side there is another music shop also going towards Payatai. At the Paya tai intersection..as you are coming from Panthip take a left going towards Siam Discovery and MBK...on your left there are a lot of Japanese style bars etc..There is an excellent second hand shop there as well...I think the area is called coco walk or something like that.

In Central World not far away on Rajdamri road, you can find music concept on the 3rd floor....in Siam Discovery there is a shop as well...in Paragorn also....Chinatown has several dealers on Soi kasem....Petchsiam, boosey hawkes and many others.
