Urgent Need A List Of Hotels....

Featured Replies

Can't find anything on the net...please can someone give me some info regarding the nearest hotels, locations, website etc.

Any help, greatly appreciated!

Don't know of any hotels in particular around Siriraj, but if you don't mind a short travel time, you could stay in one of the hotels on Khao San and take a ferry over to the hospital.

These are right in the area and you can walk from the Ibrik Resort to Siriraj Hospital.

Bangkok Noi บางกอกน้อย

Ibrik Resort - Just three rooms with balcony, close to Wat Rakang Pier. The river room looks to Chao Phraya River and The Grand Palace (you know: picturesque, but the noise of the boats you have to bear...). Great restaurant - Supatra on the river - next door. Next door ist also the Patravadi Theatre.

Banglamphu บางลำพ

Baan Chantra - Traditional Thai home from 1936, a five minutes walk away from Khao San Road. Furnished in antique woodden style and wireless internet in the rooms. It's location is Samsen Road, quite busy road in Old Bangkok (Banglampoo), so there is some noise, if you have a room to the street side, but there are also rooms to the courtyard. It's not far from Pra Athit Road with many good restaurants and from attractions like Wat Pho and The Grand Palace.

New Siam Riverside: 21 Phra Athit Rd, Banglamphu. Beside the Chao Phraya River, riverside rooms offer a great view. There is a swimming pool.

Of course there are always the major hotels where you can take a water taxi to the hospital direct such as the Hilton, Shangrila and so on.

PM me if you need advice as I live right on the river.
