When getting my passport certified by a competent professional is it OK just to get the passport ID page certified and leave the stamp pages without signatures, or do you have to get every single page stamped and signed?

Many Thanks

Dave

Oz passport has 1 important page - the one with your photo, issue & expiry date and your signature. Only that page.

If your passport has that data on 2 pages, then both pages.

Nothing like every page.

And the "competent professional" is your Embassy itself, at least that's what I have been told, repeatedly.

Just did it that way and no problems.

Since you just had it done just one question, can it be done on the same day or do you have to come back next day to pick it up ?

Oz Embassy - on the spot. Some fee has to be paid, 350B or something, irrelevant.

Although they (Oz) have outsorced visa applications to some Thai company, I must admit they (Oz) are still reasonably efficient.

I could be proud of how my country has handled our citizen registration and passport for my Thai born daughter.

The sense of "their job is to work for us" is what they are paid for (by us) , and I can only say - they do it very well.

A Thai Marriage certificate?

If so, it has to come to them already certified by the Thai MFA or whatever it is called. An agency did that for us.

Then, they (Oz) just accept it and return you the original. (They make a copy in the back office).

You can have that certified Marriage Certificate for your keep or whatewer you may want to do with it.

We needed it for Japan visa.
