Where To Buy Fabric

I need to find some fabric which will be made into waistcoats for a wedding. I have so far been to a few shops in a couple of the malls that has material on rolls.

I am looking for a satin material with a pattern in the material but all one colour, gold. I have found something similar but its silver not gold and they didn't have it in another colour.

Any help would be appreciated. There must be some huge warehouse with this stuff somewhere!
