If you mean scavenger animals such as vultures and hyenas, I think you could use the wording "สัตว์กินซาก" (sat gin saak), an animal that eats remains/carcasses.

"Vulture" is "nohk(H) raaeng(H)" -- might work with some people, too....

At least when I've suggested that journalists are sometimes "ee(M) raaeng(H)" - it's usually understood.
