Accomodation In Bangkok With Dogs

Featured Replies

Thinking of moving to Bangkok from up country for maybe a year, does anyone know of any houses or condos that would allow dogs (we've got two).

Thanks for any help.

i looked for a month for a decent townhouse or condo within the city limits with space for dogs, but found nothing. if you go out to the suburbs you will have more luck.

Find a Mooban in the area you want to live, then get the wife to ask around for a house for rent or find an agent. Specify you have dogs, some landlords allow dogs. FYI Mooban Samagorn on Sukaphibaan 3 Rd has a number lakes to walk a dog around.

You should have no trouble. The biggest problem in BKK is trying to find a place without dogs!

Ya, you shouldn't have too much problems finding a townhouse that accept dogs. Just cruise around down the sois with a motorbike (and a thai friend), look for 'for rent' signs, call, specify you have 2 dogs, most of the landlords accept dogs in townhouses. Of course, if u have 2 big dogs, might be a little harder. I've lived in 2 different townhouses in Bkk (Around Charon sanit wong soi 60, and Srinakarin), with my Bull Terrier.
