chaweng regent beach resort or the central both on chaweng not 5 star but they are the best chawengs got

How about Newstar Resort? There is chaweng noi beach and not 5star, but they have beachfront villa.

Banana Fansea also have beach front villa.

The best you can get on Chaweng is Briza's Beach Front Pool Villa.
