went to mbk yesterday, and there's an asics sale on the ground floor.

I have also been looking at Asics running shoes in the two sports shops alongside Sala Deeng BTS station, Silom road (Taniya Road side). They have 2008 models going for up to 6500 baht (over 100 GBP!!!) but only some with sizes UK11 (US 12) and over.

Prices seem a bit expensive compared to UK prices even with the 15 or 20 p/c discount (probably discounted off an inflated original price).

hmmmm...they used to. I saw a comment on there by someone that ordered from Thailand..not sure how long ago.

Too bad, they were my backup when I don't have anyone visiting from the states.

One alternative if you know someone with an APO or FPO address here in Thailand.

I did eventually get my shoes through Amazon, just had to find the supplier that was willing to deliver to Vietnam. But thanks for the link, hamishgillan.
