THe development is approx. 10mins away from Fortune Shopping Centre, Rama 9 MRT station. Each of the block including mine has a roof garden. 25-month downpayment has been paid in full. Outstanding amount to be paid upon transfer to developer is 2,219,500 Baht.

Expected date of completion is June 2009.
