Can anyone recommend an apartment (or similar accomodation) near Emporium Tower matching the following requirements?

- Area: Phrom Phong, Asoke, Thong Lor

- 3 month contract

- monthly fee < 10.000 THB (excluding water/electricity)

- Cable TV, fridge, DSL, hot water

- NOT required (but nice to have): swimming pool, gym

- HIGHLY appreciated (would pay a little more if possible): kitchen

Thanks for your help!

Let me know if you get a positive response.

I think its hard to find a fully furnished apt. that isn't overpriced. Much easier to get a cheap new apartment and put in your own things for the money you save in rent.

I rent a 1 room apt (newly built and clean) with adsl base rent is 4200, add 500 for aircon, you could buy the water heater and tv with the difference in one months rent.

If you go to the Thailand Accomadation forum there is one person advertising a studio for 12k on Thong Lo?

Pacific Apartment on soi 36 is between Emporium and Thonglor.

Nice, quiet place. 5 minute walk to BTS.

Rooms from 8,000 up depending on size.

I stayed there for 5 years and had no complaints.

Hi!

I read your post and would be very interested:

Where is this place you are currently renting?

How big is the place?

And do you know if there is an apartment like yours left?

I have been in BKK this summer for 3 months and return on Nov 20 for another year of work.

I need a place to live :o

Thanks for an answer!

Chris
