Ok forget the rental, I'm going to buy one preferable used because I'm short of cash right now. Anyone know of any used camera stores downtown?

Try classified section in Pattaya mail, there is always some people selling stuff there. There is also a second hand shop at Homepro in Pattaya where you'll find cameras. Bangkok I have no idea...
