November 8, 200817 yr For those of you who don't know what the Dragons Den is, a short explanation. UK TV Show. A group of successful businessmen listen to pitches from people trying to set up or expand a business. If they like the idea the business men put up their own money for a piece of the business. I would like to set up a small scale version without the TV bit. The idea is 4-6 people get together in Bangkok once a month to look at proposals and pitches for business ideas in LOS. If something looks good we can invest individually or as a group. The benefits are: Safety in numbers Due diligence More eyes and ears pick up the flaws that others might miss An interesting way to meet people and make money Fun If this seems like something you might be interested in please PM me. You should have at least 500,000 baht as investement money (this stays with you unless you decide to invest). For those of you who wish to tell me that you should not invest in businesses here or you will never make money here: Don't bother, I did and I do.
