in the states I've seen this in stores like Target, Sears, Macey's it can be purchased retail so not an online item only.

Maybe they'll ship it to me, hope the voltage is correct. and I fear for the import duty.

I'm afraid the voltage for it is 110 volts. 450 watts. But I guess you can get transformer for it.

Shipping outside the US may be a problem.

$50 Mfr Mail-in rebates here not sure if its valid outside USA though, read fine prints.

I see them selling on amazon.com for about $290. good luck.
