Good Place To Buy Benjarong?

I've seen a load in Chatuchak market but loked some designs and not the vase and visa versa. I'm now in Phuket where there's a shop selling amazing pieces that I love but are very very expensive. I'm returning home after a year away and want to buy my Mum maybe a couple of matching vases and was wondering the best place to buy something that is reasonably priced and also has a good selection.

Any help is appreciated. :o

Haven't been there in a while but as I recall across the street from Central World Plaza (formerly known as World Trade Center), there's a handicraft center selling items from all parts of the country including Thai silk, ceramics vases (including Benjumron), woodcarving, lacquerware, bronze objects, and Khon masks. Reasonable prices. I recall my wife would buy loads of souvenirs from the smaller souvenirs shops there everytime we visit Bangkok. Hope those souvenirs shops are still there.

Anyway, this handicraft center used to be called Narai Phand (pronounced Narai pun - as in 'sun'). Somebody told me they changed name (or moved), I'm not sure.

Anyone know this place ? Can someone verify ?

In any case, I see that they're on the internet http://www.naraiphand.com

so check them out.

cheers.

Thank you both for that hopefully there'll be something nice I can pick up that's not too expensive.
