Is There A Thai Driving School With English Speaking Instructors?

I know this may sound strange so let me explain the situation. I passed my UK driving test in August 2004 and went to Thailand in September 2006 and have not driven since. I would like to drive again but realise that I may (or may not) need a few refresher lessons first. I know that Bangkok is not the ideal place to learn to drive but the sheer volume of traffic is also another reason that I think I need a few lessons again. Are there any driving schools out there that can help me and how much would it cost?

Many thanks.

I wouldn't worry. You can probably already drive better than 90% of those around you. In fact you probably could after 1 lesson.

This is from A.N.Other Forum, apparently they claim to provide tuition in English but I personally cannot vouch for them:

Also, these people seem to have the right idea, but how they apply it..?

Good luck, I'm a former advanced driving instructor (volunteer) and I would hesitate about driving in Bangkok, not least because of the tea-money issues.

Are the snake farm and Red Cross in the same building?

Are you posting on theright thread? :o

(The snake farm is directly behind the old Red Cross Building all accessed by the same entrance on Rama IV (IIRC), though there is a new building beyond the cobra pits that houses the vivarium.)
