BILLIONAIRE Formula One tycoon Bernie Ecclestone was keeping a low profile yesterday as he prepared for one of the most expensive divorce settlements in history.

The 5ft 4ins racing boss, 78, is splitting from wife Slavica, 49, after 24 years.

Croatian Slavica, a 6ft 2ins ex-model, left the family home in London this month as Ecclestone watched Lewis Hamilton clinch the F1 world title in Brazil. At the time Bernie — worth £2.4billion — blamed her departure on building works next door.

Ex-PM Tony Blair was famously embarrassed when it emerged Bernie had donated £1million to Labour.

The gift came weeks before ministers agreed to defer a ban on tobacco advertising for Formula 1.

I agree with what you say though Kerry, rock stars and billionaires frequently marry girls young enough to be their daughters/grand daughters, but it does draw comment; they just don't care.
