Im looking for a luxury spa/resort in the Chiangrai area for a short break.Ideally a mountain retreat type place with massage, spa , restaurant , good views a must.

Price isnt a big issue as its kind a of treat anyway.I dont know the area that well so any suggestions are most welcome.
