On Sunday Afternoon, Khun Boonmar aged 41, a local ironmonger, made a complaint at Banglamung Police Station regarding an alleged assault and robbery which took place in Pong Municipality.

Three men on a motorbike followed him as he was driving home earlier on Sunday. They forced the victims bike to fall to the ground with a plank of wood. The assailants then assaulted the victim and stole 7,000 Baht in cash and his motorbike. He was left in an unconscious state on the side of the road and woke up some hours later on the roadside.

A full report of the case was made with Police who are appealing for witnesses.
