Wtb Curd Cheese, Quark Or Ricotta?

Featured Replies

I'm especially looking for fat free soft cheese as a protein source. I guess it is not easy to find in CNX? Anyone got an idea?

Which branch? I looked at nim and the rimping that is under construction. I will look again tomorrow.

I have been able to buy ricotta at Rimping Nim City and the one on Maejo Road although there is sporadic availability. I also placed an order with Kasem and they were able to secure any amount I desired with a day or so notice.

Fairly sure that Buonissimo's shop has ricotta most of the time. And I've certainly seen quark at Mahidol Road Rimping (which I think is the branch Annabel mentioned).

dacheeso which is on a soi off the hang dong rd makes ricotta which is very good and also a few kinds of cottage cheese one of which may be low in fat or fat free. htis is where rim ping gets it from

you should try the cheese by Tops or their own brand- My Choice they have their own cottage cheese and white/quark cheese made in Thailand.

Dacheeso also makes a good quark for a very reasonable price.

Yes, but has anyone seen fat-free quark or low-fat cottage cheese?

I went to the Rimping in town by the Ping River today and purchased two tubs of ricotta cheese, they also had a nice selection of other cheese soft and hard on display.
