Hi all,

Just new posting a message but following some topics for some time.

The reason I post this is that I am a bit confused (pissed off) about the way the GM

handless my application for a work permit.

I work for a big international company based in Singapore. Due to reorganising they decided to staton me in BKK.

No problem with that. But I get a feeling that I am not really welcome.

They sended me the invitation letter beginning of August.

I already asked for it beginning of July .....

So I went to BKK the next month to have all documents signed with help of a law agency.

They told me it would take about 5 weeks to get approved.

I applied for the Non immigrant B visa before and extension of stay that expired 1 December when I was in Thailand.

Before the 1st of December still no message if my work permit was approved.

So I had to get a new letter of invitation from BKK.

I called the GM and told him I needed the same letter as before in order to get a new Non Immigrant B visa.

Then he sends a letter wher he states that he requesting a multiple entry visa because I will be travelling a lot from Thailand, not a letter that states I will be employed in Thailand.

I called him and told him I needed the original letter as send the first time and that he know that as I asked him that before.

Why do I have the feeling he does not me to go and work in Thailand to help him and his organisation.

I am not there to take his job, just try to help the organisation there.

I feel not welcome in Thailand because of that and some other reasons.

How can I solve this?????

Kind regards,

Alex
