I fear that turning off the power and water would make the airport a mess. Re start the chillers later on, reset the breakers, recharge the battery backups, etc. Sanitation issues? Wonder who is cleaning it up now if anybody.

Now we see the real reason they added the extra toilets after they first finished the airport. To give the PAD non-working people a break and possibly more conveniences than they have in their own homes. Perhaps a bit spartan on the furniture.
