BA009 and BA010 Bangkok flight disruptions

Summary

If you have started your journey and you are in Bangkok at the moment:

Unfortunately, due to the protests at Bangkok airport we have been unable to fly to Thailand's capital city since November 25, 2008.

As well as working with our oneworld alliance partner, Qantas, to explore a number of options to help our customers to leave Thailand, we are also making preparations for when we are able to fly back in to Bangkok airport.

If you are a BA customer affected by the disruption in Bangkok and require repatriation to the UK, please call us on local number 66 2 627 1701 to register your details.

In the event that we are able to offer relief flights or we are given clearance to resume flights, we will contact all customers who have registered with us in order to rebook them onto services.

We can understand how frustrating the circumstances are and would ask our customers to bear with us. Unfortunately, the situation is outside our control but we are doing all we can to help customers who have been affected.

If you have not started your journey to or via Bangkok yet:

If you are due to travel from Heathrow to Bangkok on the BA009 within the next 3 days or from Sydney to Bangkok on the BA010 within the next 4 days, please contact your local British Airways office or your travel agent to discuss the options available to you.

If you wish to contact British Airways in the UK, the number is 0044 191 490 7901. The office is open everyday from 6am to 8pm UK (GMT) time.
