On Tuesday Evening, Police Lieutenant Colonel Chaiyaporn from Banglamung Police Station was called to the Sukumvit Road in Jomtien following the discovery of a badly decomposed body in undergrowth.

The Officer arrived and inspected the body which is thought to be that of a foreigner due to the large size of the corpse. It is thought the man had been dead for many days due to the state of decomposition.

No identification could be found for the man, however a bottle of insect killer was found nearby and Police suspect the man may have committed suicide at the location.

The body was discovered by a bulldozer driver who had stopped to urinate in the bushes. A post mortem examination is now underway as Police await confirmation of how the man died and who he is.
