I know this topic has been covered many times in the past but with limited computer skills and an inability to spend alot of time researching previous forum topics, I am looking for any advice or help someone can provide.

I work near the Nakorn Ping Hospital on Chiang Mai-Mae Rim (Hwy 107) and would like to find a smaller house to rent within about a 10-15 km radius. Price range 6-9,000 bt/month. From previous posts it is my understanding that the best way to find a place is to go out and explore certain areas. I am more than willing to do the legwork required but would like to know if someone could let me know about areas to check out or any other ideas on how best to find what I am looking for. I am somewhat familiar with the area but with so many roads and sois, it's difficult to know where to start so please be as specific as possible.Thank you kindly in advance.

We have a 2 bedroom house at Borsang for rent, air con , large lounge, private, small garden, easy to get to near Hospital on superhighway, within your budget.

Hello OlderButWiser. Thank you for your response. Not really sure where Borsang is but on a map I have there is a Bosang that is east of Chiang Mai which I'm assuming is where you have the house. If so, it would seem that it is further than 10-15 miles from where I work. Could you give me a little more detail on the location and feel free to PM me if you want.

Try Land & House in Mae Jo. Lots of rentals in your range.
