Check out Phantip Plaza if you are going to Bangkok you will find one there.

The Prophet

JIB computers on Thahan Road (south Highway #2) has good prices. Not sure if they have branded PCs but if you know what you want they'll build it from scratch with branded components. Their national web site is http://jib.co.th/. It's in Thai but the components are in English so you can fumble your way through. There's also the shops in the Robinsons' mall on the second floor but they're probably pricier.
