Just got here 2 days ago from Phuket, currently staying at a mates place in Waterford condo, costs about 12, 000 a month, anyone know of any other condos like this and around that price. It does seem quite a bargain, just shopping around at the mo. :-).

If your window is towards Sukhumvit, you can see this building, corner Rama IV and Sukhumvint, next to Phrakhanong station.

Studios go for 14-15K . There is an agency at the ground floor with many rentals available. 1 car space (unallocated) per unit.

mmm, this one im staying at is 12 and has two beds and is pretty big, cheers I might check it out anyways though :-)
