You can buy tents in Tesco / Big C for less than 1000 Bt, and where the F### are you going to feel safe pitching them?? (Snakes as well as two legged pests!!)

Calm down man, next you will be proposing caravans, the only good thing would be the entertainment value of any of the locals trying to tow and reverse a caravan??????

With the country having an abundance of "accomodation" from as little as 1000 Bt a month - can you see a need for tent hire?????

You didn't mention where you intend to go camping but if it's in Khao Yai National Park then you can rent all the gear you will need, (tent, foam mat, blankets, small charcoal cooker etc.) in either of the two camping areas located in the park. Their are also a couple of restraunts in the camping areas where you can eat if you dont care to bring your own food.

thats good if you can buy them that cheap then, no not taking the piss, just never even noticed them in Tesco, not that I go there a lot.

The two legged pests should be a problem, it wont be anywhere near soi hok tongue.gif

Yeah Tesco, Big C, Carrefour, they all have them now, dont know about the quality as some are as low as 600 Bt!
