Change Language

I have just downloaded Google Earth, from the download page I chose English US.

After installation Google Earth appears in Thai, how do I change this to English.

Not too long ago there was a similar discussion here, and the apparent fix (in XP) was to change this setting:

"Control Panel - Regional and Language Options - Advanced Tab - Language for non-Unicode programs: in the drop down menu select English"
