Tukcom is the place to go, there are various places that will 'have a go' - large shop on the top floor probably best for referal to the main agent. A Google might offer a main agent in BKK ?

I had to throw my Epson printer away after just over a year. Depending on what's wrong with yours you maybe be doing the same because they are so cheap to purchase new that even minor repairs can still cost too much compared to buying new.

There are plenty of shops in Tukcom (3rd floor) that can help you out.

As has been said buy a new one. It's the ink that costs the money and if you have lots of that look for a model using the same ink cartridges.
