I am unable to open any blogs on Blogger.com unless I go through a proxy server.

All was fine until a couple of days ago, I've tried with various browsers (firefox, explorer and chrome) with no luck.

My ISP is True and I'm based in Bangkok.

Any ideas why this might be happening and what can I do to remedy this.

I have the same problem, but also with any sites from Blogspot.com, such as Bangkokpundit, Thailand Jumped The Shark, Khi Kwai and Nganadeleeg. At first, I thought becasue these are all commentators on the "Thai condition", they might be blocked. But, I tried some other blogs who use Blogspot.com e.g. legal music comments - same, same.

I have also had correspondence with BP & Nganadeleeg.

I rang True. The Helpdesk was very helpful; tried a couple of things, such as opening cmd. I a now waiting for their tech support to contact me.

In previous times, it would be easy to get paranoid about a "crackdown", but this time, I think it's just that someone, somewhere has either, over stepped their authority, or pressed the wrong button. T.I.T.

Same problem yesterday (True ADSL, Bangkok).

But now it's working again (Bangkok Pundit etc.)

Same here as well....

All blogger.com and blogspot.com sites appear to be accessible again.

I receievd an SMS from the True techs around 3pm saying it had been fixed.

I freely admit, this allayed my paranoid "fears".

It was also good service from a company often maligned on Thai English language sites, for "poor service"
