I have read some of the posts here an answered one of my questions that a condo can be freehold if a chanote is issued,however is it normal for there not to be a company involved and only a mangement committee?over seeing the building.?

Some condos may have the original developer managing the building.

Some condos may be managed by a residents committee.

Both are 'normal'
