Lucky me , i was in a small village visiting my wife relatives while they decided that morning to drain the village river and let everyone who pay 20 baht catch as much fish they can

the raised money is used to buy small fish and set them out again for the next year fun & fishing

location : near Wang Kaew waterfall , Lampang district , but closer to Phayao , north Thailand
