Need Us Tax Attorney/accountant In Thailand

I need to speak with a US tax attorney or accountant very familiar with US laws regarding Keough programs. I have an old Keough that due to ignorance was never properly closed when I stopped doing business in the US in the early 90's. I have lost all documentation regarding this account, and it has long since been destroyed. All I have is the account number.

I need an attorney or accountant who can liason with the investment firm in the US, find and fill out the appropriate documents to release the funds, and close the accounts while minimizing the taxes and penalties that must be paid. However, I want the funds out of the US and in my control in Thailand in a useable form, and am willing to accept whatever costs are associated with this. I don't have time to do the research myself.
