Hi guys,

Need some advice.

Anyone has had experience with replaceing the OEM shocks with some gas shocks?

If so, what's the recommendation?

How much will I look at to replace all 4 shocks?

On another note, anyone knows of aftermarket long range fuel tanks makers in Thailand?

Found this maker from SA...

Hear from you..

Cheers,

Ray

Halo Reichew,

Just out of my curiosity, first of all why do you need to change all four shocks? What's wrong with the original? Tell us please.

Well... all shocks have a useable life. I think mine is nearing that fate! The ride is getting increasingly unsettled, especially with on unladen trips with just me around.

Also, there has been lots of reports of the quality of OEM shocks, especially in SA.

I've always thought that it's the nature of this car to be a little unsettled whilst driving. I personnally think it is rather "raw" handling for such a modern car, but my wife enjoys it. No complains there.

I've own Pajeros, Troopers before, this FT comes in last in handling and ride comfort. But... she's new! guess that's a good reason for compromise...

Now, if any of you folks have a good recommendations for my desires, pls share ok.. :o
