Hi, l have a Kodak DX 7630 ,, everything (nearly) works except the live view screen and the taking of pictures ,, when l try to take a movie it records the sound but no picture ,,,,being in a rural part of Thailand its not easy to get help ,, so l am wondering if anyone knows if this might be a terminal condition or could the prognosis look a bit brighter ,,,

Not the old problem of forgetting to remove the lens cap?

go to kodak.com then support they have an excellent service where you can chat to a technician on line where i am sure there will be able to help you. Very quick and efficient

l wish it ( or l ) was that simple ,no screen ,, but it works when l review old pictures ,,,, l will follow Yumidesign's suggestion ,,,,
