Thai Airways Ticketing Office

Featured Replies

Could anyone tell me if there is a Thai Airways ticketing desk at Heathrow Airport and where it is located?

Regards

Gibbo

Terminal 3 at Departures adjacent to the check in desk on the other side of the escalator.

I usually get there early ( for the lounge) and it always seems to be manned.

The guy there is a Thai and very helpfull and will deal with things like poss.Upgrades, connecting flight problems,Star Alliance queries etc.

Last time I booked in some luggage at Paddington Station before getting the Heathrow Express (just to try it) and seat was changed at departure....but for the better. :D

Believe now that they have shut it down facility due to under use.????? :o
