Description

Dust-resistant and water-resistant battery pack makes the entire flash system dust- and water-resistant when used with the Speedlite 580EX II.

For use with Canon 580EX II, 580EX, 550EX, 540EZ, 430EZ, MR-14EX, MT-24EX Speedlight Flash.

The pack takes optional rapid-change magazines that can be loaded with 8 AA-size batteries prior to a shoot to ensure fast, smooth transitions from one battery set to the next - important in critical shooting situations or to keep up momentum in the studio. Accepts eight AA-Size Lithium, Alkaline or Rechargeable Ni-MH / NiCd Batterries.

This battery pack reduces full power recycling time from about six to 1.7 seconds and increases the number of full-power flashes per charge from approximately 100 to 432.

Don't know about this. I pack mine with re-chargeable AA batteries (8 in total) lasts for some 1000 shots!

Re-cycling is instant. I shoot a 5D at 3 frames a second and it fires in synch every time.
