Selling Company Land With Farang Shareholders

Posted this in a Phuket forum but just wondered if anyone else around Thailand had had good or bad experiences recently ...

Does a Power of Attorney so I don't have to attend make any difference as there's still 49% Farang Shareholders ...

Just to try and get some responses again...

Has noone been to any of the Phuket Land offices this year to BUY or SELL Land...in the past 6 months ?

Has anyone bought or sold land via POA's even...in the past 12 months ?

(I was down the Land office yesterday but hid in the car most of the time...except when I needed the loo so went in the other building where I believe people who get married have to go)

Actually I felt the same as I did (quite) a few years back sitting outside the Headmaster's office for chucking a shoe through a window !
