A bar that serves food, just like most other western style pubs.

The Crossbar was a nice venue, and the snacks were good.  But the company was interesting and entertaining--and I could actually hear what people were saying (still didn't understand what was being said half the time--as the only "septic" there, I needed constant translations!    )

Wish I was there, actually made it through the door and had to leave immediately. Walked in at 7pm and had to leave immediately

Clients were 2 hours late for meeting but 1 hour early for dinner .

good to meet people in the flesh.

I knew I must have been pissed (drunk) as I got a taxi home and the driver took me the wrong way and I just 'went with the flow' before realising he was taking me the scenic route.

I wouldn't worry too much about the translations Bonobo, Moonrakers was doing his best to speak in a language that no one could understand.

Some people do struggle to comprehend the more advanced version of the language, and tractors are very sophisticated bits of equipment I'll have you know and so not everybody can be expected to understand them....

But yeah, twas good to meet up with those that I ain't met before. I think that Bonobo likes the limey life style.

You've got that right!  51 years old, and it takes me this long to discover this little culinary gem!!!
