I am coming to Thailand from Australia for plastic surgery and am scheduled to stay for 10 days, I am wondering if anyone has had any trouble on their flight back as far as complications or pain from the surgery because of the cabin pressure etc.

Depending on what your having done? You should be ok, I had some work done last year in south Africa & was just fine & dandy!

I would say a week after most procedures you will be feeling ok again.
