Has anyone here used a Thai company (or Bangkok based) called saveflights.com/?

I have seen some good deals online, but I'm just scared to part with my money to a Thai company, i.e. one that could be dodgy and just take my money!

I used them a few weeks ago to book a return flight Banbkok to Manchester on Emirates.

Paid by credit card with SCB.

E-ticket then e-mailed to me.

No problems at all.

They have been a long term advertiser with Thaivisa and we have never had any issues reported to us about their service.

Did you take the actual flight yet? I.E. did you go to the airport and the booking was 'real'?

Yes,I booked the tickets about 20th April, flew to Manchester on 29th.

Was due to stay 24 days but decided to return earlier,10th May.

Phoned Emirates to change date, expecting to have to pay some money.

Girl checked e-ticket number and fare was fully flexible,so no charge.

Booking was paid through the SCB website, who sent a message to Saveflights saying money had been paid.

Then they sent the e-ticket by e-mail,which I printed out

and showed at the check-in desk.

No problems at all and I would use them again.

I have always booked direct with Emirates getting e' tickets etc but they always charge me a fee of £75.00 if I wish to change my date for returning ( which happens quite often) - Question how do you get a - "fully flexible" ticket with no charge ? do you pay more for this type of ticket.

Thanks

Don't know.

I paid 30,000 baht for the ticket and expected to have to pay to change the date.

A neighbour has paid 38,000 baht for his ticket, leaving soon and staying in UK for 3 months, and he has ben told he will have to pay if he wishes to change the return date.

Maybe I was just lucky!
