G54 Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 There is no network coverage. Can I still reactivate the card? AIS call centre (1175) does not give English when pressing the requested number
tomartoh Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 After you call 1175 to get english its press 2 after an indecipherable message and then press 1 a short while after that. nowhere near as good as DTAC. My sim card was locked for trying too many times to feed in pin numbers from walls ice cream cornetto for free airtime. unfortunately the promotion had expired.
G54 Posted June 4, 2009 Author Posted June 4, 2009 OK, I have found out from AIS that the SIM has been deactivated and cannot be reactivated. But I can go to one of their shops and request a new number as long as I have my passport with me. If my old number is available I can order it or any other number on their list of available numbers.
