Our maid apparently resigned, we found the house key and the mobile phone we gave her (fringe benefits when working with raro!) the other day on the shoe locker.

Reason for the resignation: unknown, she just disappeared.

We do need a new one so if you know of some reliable and trustworthy person, please PM me.

Good luck on the search raro, reliability & trust seem to be scarce commodities these days. My buddy who has multiple Pattaya houses on long-term rentals always declines to refer ANY maids, even to best friends as one that may work well with him and/or tenant #1 may be the total antichrist in the eyes of tenant #2 with differing expectancies of work duties, cleanliness and quality. Of late, I have found that the best maid referrals come from the family/wife/husband/girlfriend.boyfriend, etc.. rather than from a complete stranger.

Maybe you just needed to upgrade the maids cellphone every year as another perk? When I upgrade my better-half's phone, she passes down her cast-off phone to the maid.
