no disrespect, but could this not go in the 'bye bye ronaldo' thread? am getting sick of hearing about the cheating wee scrote.

Ya, right. You'll only see Torres at Old Trafford when he's playing for Liverpool. You must be looking at that nonsense football rumours site.

I think Vietnam and Greece have of the best skin divers in the world, they'd probably fill in well.

The funny thing is, Nani said he is ready to step up and become Ronaldo's replacement.

Which begs the question, why the hel_l didn't he get it together all season ?

There are many thai websites discuss this same topic.

Its just simple that he was one of key main player.

In the last 3 years, 28% of scores came from Ronaldo.

I cannot see why we could have intelligent thread discussing his replacement. :)

Here are what Thai fan's choices on mthai web:

Benzema

Thomas ribery

lionel messi

aaron lennon

from soccersuck's poll

Benzema & Ribery

36% [ 13 ]

Huntelaar & Gourcuff

2% [ 1 ]

Ibrahimovic & Kaka

44% [ 16 ]

others

16% [ 6 ]

How about because the majority of us are not Man Ure Fans & couldn't give a monkeys who replaces him to be honest, add to the fact there is already a Ronaldo Thread PLUS a Man Ure Thread too ??

Tell you what, how about we start a Thread on EVERY Player that leaves a Club that we support, does that sound intelligent too ??

Unbelievable!!!

With respect, most Thai fans have never seen Benzema play.

Secondly, who is this Thomas Ribery? Is it Franks lesser known brother who plays for Accrington Stanley? :)

How much do Thai fans know outside of Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal. I mean come on, the four suggested is that all they could come up with? Aaron Lennon as replacement? <deleted>, I like him as a player, but I would hardly expect him to come in as replacement for Ronaldo, certainly would be a useful squad player if we got rid of Nancy. As for Thomas Ribery can't say I've seen him play, but the Thai fans must rate him. :D

And Oi Singhy - Julian Faubert , NO!!!!!!!! :D

Where is David Villa for a start?

we dont have to replace ronaldo how do you replace a player of his quality u cannot!!

but what we can do is change as a team and play more as a team, we became stagnent last year and relied to much on him, now we can play players in there right position.freshen up the team.

i can see us going back to a 442 system with 2 wingers and rooney berbatov.

Messi or Kaka. Anything less and Fergie's handing the Premiership over to the Reds.

This should have been Chelsea's year. Old-age injuries (John Terry) and eccentric ownership decisions were their downfall, and there's no change in those regards for the upcoming season.
