There are quite a few websites in Thai that list the running events in the Chiang Mai area. There is also an email that a local guy sends out in English. Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, there are no more running events until September (in the local area).

Correction to my last post. There is a 10km run in Mae Chaem on July 4. Mae Chaem school is organizing it.
