I just heard that building in front of Top North Hotel Is being ripped down, any idea what the noise factor in the Hotel is, as we have booked in for early July?

I have just walked by it...its a mess, but it looks like most of the demolition has been completed.

I would not want to be staying there NOW though

Agreed, it does look a mess right now and I believe there are plans to build some kind of shopping centre there (hearsay), but whe will they start - who knows? If you haven't paid any money, I'd change or if you have ask if you can go to the Top North guest house on Soi 2 - it has a pool too.

Top North are not renown for their friendliness or returning money.

theres only about an eight foot pile of rubble left of the old building this afternoon.

i was going to post a picture but for some reason i can only post a pic about the size of a postage stamp !

can anyone explain this or cure it please ?

I second that--change your booking--it's noisy enough in that area without construction.
