Jomtien Garden Resort. Large rooms in low rise building directly on the beachfront road. They also have town houses in the rear area. Large swimming pool and good coffee shop.

Stayed at both would recommend the later. In fact, moved from one to another after 2 days due to room unavailability.

About half guests are Russians and Eastern European families.

In fact, after discovering the Challet wing at the Grand Jomtien and it's bungallows, my first call would be them. Rooms are 60+ sqm large and around the pool.
