What Do You Need To Take For Address Confirmation Letter

Hi I need to get an address confirmation letter from immigration so I can get a Thai driving licence cant remember what I need to take along to immigration to get this can anyone help? Also does anyone know if Jomtien immigration office will be open today or will it be closed for the holiday?

You need a house book with your name in it or if the house is in your wife's name bring her or if renting a copy of your rental agreement or a work permit, anyone of the 3. Plus a passport size photo of yourself. Open on Thursday.
