Where Can I Find A Meat Grinder In Bangkok?

Featured Replies

Where can I find a meat grinder in Bangkok for grinding beef into mince? If anybody knows I appreciate it. I want one of high quality that will last awhile if it is possible.

If in Phuket, I'll try Central first. Not sure about Bangkok.

Verasu in Paragon, Emporium etc.. although be prepared to pay an arm and a leg, Manual ones I have not seen as yet

oz

Makro have them. There are pretty industrial looking but seem sturdy and probably cheap to fix if they do break.

Patpong has lots of them.......... :) Sorry......couldn't resist.

Just saw one yesterday @ Central Lad Prao 5th floor. Looked highly professional. Dunno the price.

thanks for the info guys. I know now I can get one pretty easily. I am thinking of skipping BKK and spending a couple days in Pattaya, can I assume they would be available there as well?

I'm pretty sure you chose the right term. Probably lots more 'mincer' jokes.

some meat grinders have a high power rating (the better ones do, anyway). Make sure that the kitchen that yer gonna use it in has the necessary high capacity power supply...

ye can't even operate a kettle inna lot of domestic kitchens around here...the high amperage causes the breakers to not cooperate... :)

(no puns or sexual innuendo intended...)

There are different grinders available

If Is only beef you want grind check out boys town bangkok , however if you fancy a bit of mutton now again you will find plenty in the asoke or nana area.

Some people like a grinder that can do a bit of both if that's the case look around for a trans gender model.

good luck with your grinder shopping dont overspend.

Try chinatown, if you go in the right soi you surely will find some. It should be between yaowarat and Worajak.

There is a King shop on Sukhumvit ( King is a make of kitchen items cooker mixers etc) very well made professional quality,Can't remember if its before On Nut or after but its on that side of the road.

Go to China Town Bangkok and you will find lots of shops selling food processing equipment. I got a meat/bone grinder there last year for making food for the dogs. Forget Pattaya, its expensive and has little choice. Just about anything you buy in Pattaya can be found a lot cheaper in Bangkok <snip>
