Lamd Company Accountant Woes

I have an interest in a land owning company in Pattaya.

The accountant does not respond to my emails.

I am not present in Thailand so am unable to visit his office in person.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a response from him?

But seriously now, do you not have another person in country to visit his office? I'm sure you must have an attorney here if you are buying land. Perhaps they could try to contact him?

I think his staff would be right on to the whisky:)

I did get someone to make an appointment so meet with him but on turning up they were given the brush off by his staff.

I don't have an attorney there but perhaps that could be the next step. Finding a reputable one may be the trick.

I could and did, but I just get the staff saying he is not available/busy and I will need to make an appointment -a bit of a catch22 since I'm not in the country

if you want to know if he still around then name him and where they are and maybe someone will call in for you

or

maybe someone on here has interests similar to yours (maybe even me) and would be interested to know if there is a problem with them
